By Purchasing Attraction Autopilot Center You Agree To The following:

Effective Date: July 10, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of Attraction Autopilot, a product and service provided by Attraction Auto Pilot LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By subscribing or using this service, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Subscription and Billing

One-Time Setup Fee: You will be charged $97 USD plus applicable taxes immediately upon purchase.

Monthly Plan: You will be charged $297.00 USD plus applicable taxes on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.

Optional Add-On: Custom branded mobile app is available at an additional $149.00 USD per month. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

2. Additional Services and Charges

There are no platform fees. Any revenue you earn using the Attraction Autopilot is 100% yours outside of standard third party payment processing fees.

Optional services such as AI, SMS, and Email tools are usage-based and charged separately. Full pricing details for these optional tools are outlined below.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via: Settings > Company Billing > Cancel Subscription. You may also email us at [email protected] or fill out a support request at www.attractionautopilot.com/support.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day refund policy from your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

$97 Set Up Fee is Nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Disputes: Billing issues must be reported within 7 days of the charge.

4. Recurring Payment Authorization

By clicking 'Complete My Purchase,' you authorize Attraction Auto Pilot LLC to initiate recurring payments in accordance with these Terms.

5. Membership Benefits

- Complimentary $10 credit monthly toward optional services (AI, SMS, Email, phone number etc.)

Phone System:

- Outbound Calls: $0.0147/min

- Inbound Calls: $0.0089/min

- SMS: $0.0083/segment

Email:

- Sending: $0.675 per 1,000 emails

Email Validation:

- $2.50 per 1,000 verifications

AI Services:

Conversation AI: $0.02/message

Review AI: $0.08/response

Workflow AI:

GPT-4 & 4o: $0.036/execution

GPT-3.5 & 4o Mini: $0.018/execution

Content AI:

$0.0945 per 1,000 words

7. Sub-Account Transfer Policy

You may transfer your sub-account into Attraction Autopilot from another GHL agency, but not out. This preserves our proprietary assets and systems.

8. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All site and service content is owned by Attraction Autopilot and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

All content is provided "as-is" with no warranties, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Austin, Texas.

11. Marketing & Media Disclaimer

By participating in the Attraction Autopilot program, you acknowledge and agree that any videos, photos, testimonials, comments, or other media shared within the platform, during training sessions, or in related communities may be used by Attraction Autopilot and its affiliates for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and training resources.

We are committed to representing all content respectfully and with integrity. If you wish to request that specific content not be used, please contact us in writing at [email protected] and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

12. Affiliate Program Terms

All Attraction Autopilot members are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program upon joining. This allows you to earn recurring commissions by referring others to the platform.

Our commission structure is as follows:

- Tier 1: Earn 30% recurring commission on all direct referrals.

- Tier 2: Earn 15% recurring commission on referrals made by your Tier 1 affiliates (your downline).

To remain eligible for affiliate commissions:

- You must maintain an active, paid subscription to Attraction Autopilot.

- If your subscription is canceled, paused, or otherwise becomes inactive, your access to the affiliate dashboard and all current and future commissions—including Tier 1 and Tier 2—will be forfeited.

- This rule is enforced automatically by our platform provider (GoHighLevel) and cannot be bypassed.

- There is no obligation to promote the program, but affiliate links, tracking, and resources are provided in your member dashboard should you choose to do so.

However, if you are participating in our Ambassador Program, you have agreed to specific promotional obligations as part of your discounted rate. Failure to meet those obligations may result in loss of Ambassador status and adjustment to the standard membership rate.

- We reserve the right to update commission structures or affiliate terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or your account dashboard.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Ambassador Media Release:

By participating in the Attraction Autopilot Ambassador Program, you expressly grant Attraction Autopilot, its affiliates, successors, and assigns the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any training content you create, present, or participate in as part of your role as an Ambassador.

This includes, but is not limited to, video recordings of live coaching calls, training sessions, and community contributions.

You agree that such materials may be used both within the Attraction Autopilot community and publicly for marketing, promotional, educational, and training purposes, in any media format now known or hereafter developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation to you.

ATTRACTION AUTOPILOT MARKETING GUIDELINES FOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Professionalism. Associates are expected to follow Epique conduct standards, and code of ethics from the Association of Realtors® when attracting agents to the AAP.

AAP Knowledge. Associates must work hard to ensure they have the latest information on policies, benefits, and operations when attracting agents to the AAP.

No Means No. Associates should avoid being pushy when it comes to attracting agents. AAP Isn't For Everyone, and that's perfectly okay.

Calling & Texting. Associates are required to abide by Do-Not-Call regulations of their national, state, provincial, or local laws. All numbers must be checked against these registries before being dialed or texted.

Mass-Texting Prohibited. Full stop. This applies in all areas and for any reason. Mass texts sent through a system, manually, or similarly are fully forbidden.

Mass-Emailing Prohibited. AAP associates are not permitted to send mass emails to agent lists with the purpose of agent attraction or otherwise including courses, marketing materials, coaching offers, etc.

Dialer Calling Prohibited. Associates are not permitted to mass call for attraction using any dialer or system that calls more than one person at a time.

Calling Companies Prohibited. Associates may not employ companies, like call centers, or teams to make calls on their behalf for AAP attraction purposes.

Advertising. Associates may advertise to attract using any medium they are familiar and comfortable with. All user graphics, websites, etc. must be approved by the AAP in advance.

AAP Approved Materials Only. Associates may only use pre-made AAP-supplied materials, or materials approved by the AAP. This includes graphics, charts, videos, links, etc.

Organic Social Media Campaigns. These are permitted and encouraged as long as they follow the ICA policies & procedures and those laid out herein. Associates must also follow the terms and rules of any social media platform on which they’re posting.

Representation. Associates must not misrepresent themselves employees of AAP, especially with titles they do not carry.

Manners Matter. Associates should exercise the golden rule principle and go out of their way to be courteous, polite, and welcoming. Aggressive, discourteous, misleading, or immoral conduct is not permitted.

Attraction Interference. Associates must ask any potential AAP user if they are already speaking with another AAP subscriber or representative. Do not interfere with the attraction efforts of another Associate. AAP users must be above trying to recruit potential users that are being actively recruited by another AAP subscriber.

Named Affiliate. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR AFFILIATE LINK, SEND THE RIGHT LINK, AND ENSURE PEOPLE WHO SIGN UP UNDER YOU ARE USING YOUR LINK. Users will not be able to change their sponsor at all. There are no exceptions to this rule.

We will not make changes to sponsorship. If no one is named at the time the application is completed, there will be no one sponsoring the agent. You should help your users fill out the application in order to ensure your link is being used and they are signing up under you.

NO A-HOLE POLICY:

For the purposes of this agreement, an "a**hole" is defined as an individual who: Acts selfishly and with disregard for others; Displays an inflated ego or narcissistic tendencies; Actively undermines AAP's mission or values; or Causes harm or has a negative impact on the AAP, including its staff, users, leaders, or affiliates.

AAP maintains a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior. If it is determined, at the sole discretion of the AAP, that a user falls under this definition, their agreement will be immediately terminated, and their subscription will be canceled without prior notice. Our goal is to foster an environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered. This commitment requires strict adherence to our culture of respect and collaboration.
